As we stand at the threshold of a New Year, it’s time to look back on our journey in 2025 – a year that redefined our development trajectory through innovation, expansion and meaningful connections. From breakthrough product launches to the establishment of international partnerships, every moment is a step towards our vision of pursuing excellence.
Launch of the Mini ATS
In March 2025, we launched the mini automatic transfer switch. The purpose of developing this product was to make the installation of automatic transfer switches more flexible.
Previously, our ATS units typically required separate installation locations, which meant larger enclosures, more complex wiring, and limitations on overall design. The Mini model adopts a different approach—its size allows it to be installed inside busway enclosures while maintaining the necessary performance stability.
The reason for designing this product was customer feedback. Some customers inquired whether the ATS could be integrated into installations rather than being set up separately. This prompted us to optimize its size, structure, and internal layout.
The Mini backup power transfer switch makes system layouts more compact, providing a new option for scenarios with limited installation space.
Manufacturing Upgrade
No matter how good a product concept is, it cannot do without stable manufacturing capabilities as support.
In 2025, our production site witnessed a significant change – 3 new injection molding machines were added.
This upgrade is not merely aimed at expanding the scale, but is driven by considerations of stability, efficiency and controllability.
More injection molding capacity means that the production of the shells for products such as solar rapid shutdown is more stable and the delivery time is more controllable. It also enables us to be more composed when facing multiple orders in parallel.
Memorable Elite Exchange
As the year drew to a close, we held an intimate and impactful “Christmas Elite Exchange.”
This open sharing session allowed everyone to discuss products, market feedback, internal processes, as well as views and expectations for the company from their respective perspectives.
The most valuable aspect of this exchange was its authenticity and candor. People in different roles see different issues, and bringing these perspectives into the same space was in itself a learning experience.
Many insights did not come from being “told what to do” but from thoughtful reflection that naturally arose after listening attentively.
Looking Ahead
Looking back at 2025, what truly matters is not a single highlight moment, but the connections among these events.
- The smaller ATS reflects respect for real installation requirements
- The newly added equipment reflects the emphasis on the long-term stability of manufacturing
- Internal communication reflects a team culture that is willing to learn and reflect
These events may not be sensational, but it is precisely they that determine the direction YRO will move forward.
Entering the New Year, we will not only carry forward the achievements we have made, but also apply the experience gained in practice. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with our team, partners and customers, and are committed to providing more applicable product solutions to meet future demands.
