The YRO WiFi solar rapid shutdown device is an innovative safety control switch for photovoltaic installations. The device utilizes wireless technology to enable operational monitoring of solar panel arrays. By continuously tracking key indicators such as voltage, current and module temperature, it enables 24/7 monitoring of power generation conditions.
Users can access the device’s operating status through a mobile app, which allows them to keep track of the health of the PV system, and identify potential safety hazards in a timely manner.
The RSD is IP66 rated and suitable for harsh outdoor environments, and the YRO fast shut off switch is suitable for both new systems and upgrades to existing systems.

The WiFi shutdown device, through the intelligent control module, collects and analyzes the operation data of the photovoltaic panels in real time. Once it detects that the power of the photovoltaic panels is unstable, or the temperature is abnormal and exceeds the preset threshold, the device will immediately activate the rapid shutdown mechanism, and reduce the DC voltage to a safe level within the specified 30 seconds.
In addition, this switch supports WiFi remote communication. Users can monitor the device’s status and conduct remote debugging and upgrades anytime and anywhere through the dedicated APP. The device’s casing is made of high quality, UV resistant materials to ensure stable operation even in high temperature outdoor environments.
The YRO device has undergone strict laboratory tests before leaving the factory, complies with multiple international and domestic electrical safety standards, and has a high level of reliability.
